Angus Cloud, Euphoria's rising star passes away at 25

Actor Angus Cloud, 25, best known for playing drug dealer Fezco "Fez" O'Neill in "Euphoria," has died.

According to the report, his manager Kat Bailey confirmed that Claude passed away on Monday at his family home in Oakland, California. However, the cause of death was not disclosed.

In an emotional statement, Claude's family last farewell to their beloved member, calling him not only an artist but also a dear friend, brother and son.

The family said, "He buried his father just last week and are deeply saddened by the loss." We are only glad to learn that Angus is now reunited with his father, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health. His family said, "We hope the world will remember him for his sense of humor, laughter and love of nature.

Prior to his role in "Euphoria", Angus Cloud had no prior acting experience. He was spotted by casting scout Eleonore Hendrix during a chance encounter while walking the streets of New York. Claude was initially hesitant, believing that it might be a scam. However, after meeting with casting director Jennifer Venditti and series creator Sam Levinson, she was offered a role to co-star alongside Zendaya in the series' first two seasons.

Levinson said in a statement, "There was no one like Angus. He was so special, so talented and so sweet and so young to leave us so soon I never thought." He too was struggling with a mental problem like many of us. I hope he knew how many hearts he touched. I loved him. I always will. May his soul rest in peace and may God give strength to his family."

In a report, the AP said, Claude was "immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and 'Euphoria' family. We extend our deepest sympathies to his friends and family during this difficult time."
